St Richard's Hospice Retail Volunteer at Malvern Department Store

Join the friendly retail team at Malvern Department Store, where every sale helps support patients and their loved ones through St Richard’s Hospice. Volunteers help keep the shop running smoothly and play an important part in raising funds for hospice care while delivering a welcoming experience for customers.

The role includes serving customers on the shop floor and at the till, sorting and preparing donations for sale, and helping with merchandising, window displays and shop presentation. Volunteers may also sell raffle tickets when available, process and record donations in line with hospice policy, and keep the shop tidy, clean and inviting.

Training is provided for using the till and promoting Gift Aid.

This volunteering opportunity also offers the chance to meet new people, build skills, enhance your CV and receive support relevant to the role. Volunteers are invited to a Volunteer Welcome Day within the first few months of starting, and the role reports to the Shop Manager at the Malvern Link store.
