Welcome customers, serve at the till and prepare donated items for sale while supporting hospice care. You’ll also sort and inspect donations, create displays and keep the Kidderminster shop tidy, with role-specific training and support.

Join the friendly team at St Richard’s Hospice’s Kidderminster shop and help keep the store running smoothly. Volunteers play an important role in supporting hospice care by welcoming customers, serving on the shop floor and at the till, and helping to create a positive shopping experience for the community.

The role also includes sorting, inspecting and preparing donations for sale, merchandising displays, processing donations in line with hospice policy, and keeping the shop tidy, clean and inviting. Volunteers receive training and support relevant to the role, along with opportunities to meet new people, build skills, strengthen a CV and share their own experience.
