Rise Up Apprenticeships (Savers)

Rise Up is Savers' multi-tier apprenticeship programme designed to kick-start and accelerate a retail career. The programme combines on-the-job experience with mentored training and a funded, nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Apprentices earn a full-time wage while learning practical retail and management skills.

The scheme is aimed at school leavers and those seeking an entry route into retail. Applicants must have at least Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths and must not be in current education.

The Learn (Rise Up) stream is approximately a 13-month programme, offers 39 hours per week, and includes one-to-one mentoring (online and in person) and real workplace responsibilities.

The programme emphasises progression and support toward management roles.
