Curious about studying arts and humanities at university? Join Robinson College’s free three-day residential to explore subject taster sessions, get admissions guidance and experience Cambridge college life—build clarity on choices, boost your uni readiness and connect with academics and peers.

CLOSED THIS CYCLE

Robinson College’s Arts and Humanities Summer Residential is a free three-day outreach programme for school students who are thinking about studying arts and humanities subjects at university. The residential combines subject taster sessions with admissions information, and it also gives participants the chance to explore the College and the wider University of Cambridge environment.

The programme is designed to help students compare different arts and humanities disciplines and think about the connections between them. Sessions may include Theology, Languages, English, Anthropology, Classics, and Art and Culture, giving students an insight into both subject content and the skills that support degree study in these areas.

Alongside the academic sessions, students experience student life in a Cambridge college setting. Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel expenses may be covered for eligible students under the College’s travel policy.

The opportunity is aimed at widening participation students who meet the College’s eligibility criteria and is intended to support informed university choices.
