Rocheoffers the GeneratioNext Apprenticeship programme in the UK, providing on-the-job practical experience combined with funded university study. Apprentices work within areas such as Engineering, Informatics (IT), Supply Chain and Data Science, and receive mentoring and workplace training while studying towards nationally recognised qualifications.
Roles described include Informatics IT Consultancy, Business Analyst, Data Science apprentice, Digital Transformation Data Analyst, Diagnostics IT and Technical Engineer.
Programmes vary by role and duration: many are four-year degree apprenticeships that lead to a BSc (Hons) through day-release university study; some routes mention two-year MSc options or Level 3 engineering qualifications with college day-release in the earlier years. Apprentices are employed and paid while their training and tuition are funded.
