Careers in Aerospace and Aviation Live 2026 London is a careers fair and networking event hosted by the Royal Aeronautical Society at its headquarters in London. It brings together employers, training providers and industry professionals from across aerospace, aviation, defence and space, giving visitors the chance to explore current and future career pathways in a fast-moving sector.

The event is designed for a broad audience, including school and college students, university students and graduates, apprenticeship seekers, early-career professionals, experienced engineers and aviation specialists, Armed Forces personnel moving into civilian careers, and career changers. Visitors can meet recruiters face to face, speak with hiring managers, discover apprenticeship, graduate and experienced-hire opportunities, and learn more about roles in engineering, operations, technology and sustainability.

Attendance is split into two bookable sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, to help manage the visitor experience. Places are free but limited, so advance registration is required and attendees must choose a session when booking.
