Sales Apprentice - Shoal Group Ltd

Shoal Group is recruiting Sales Apprentices to join its Luton site, offering an entry-level route into technical, consultative sales within a distributor of specialist cables, cable management and related products. Apprentices will work alongside experienced sales professionals, receive full product and technical training, and complete a Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship with an external training provider.

The role involves customer communication and order management, managing and developing customer accounts, calling prospects to generate business, working toward monthly sales targets, supporting the wider sales team with quoting, maintaining CRM records, liaising with suppliers and internal departments, and performing general administration. Apprentices are expected to dedicate time to apprenticeship set tasks and assessments and coordinate study with their line manager.
