The Savills Apprenticeship Insight Programme offers a one-week placement designed for students in the final year of their A-Levels or those who have recently completed A-Levels. Participants will shadow a Savills apprentice and gain first-hand insight into how the property industry operates and the day-to-day work undertaken by apprentices.
During the placement participants can expect to attend departmental talks, learn about different areas of the business, take part in social events and meet directors from across the company. The scheme is intended to provide a flavour of the work Savills apprentices do and to give potential future candidates a clear idea of career paths within the property sector.
Placement dates for 2026 will be held in June and August (specific dates and further details to be announced). Applications dates are to be confirmed; the application process involves an online application, a telephone interview for shortlisted candidates, and then a virtual interview with the team.
