Join Haydock Commercial Vehicles as a Scania Customer Advisor Apprentice and earn while you learn in a frontline customer service role based at their Burtonwood site. The apprenticeship combines on-the-job duties across front-of-house customer service and parts operations with structured training delivered by REMIT GROUP LIMITED.
You will develop communication, problem-solving and customer-insight skills while delivering service to Scania customers. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
The programme leads to a nationally recognised Customer Service Specialist Level 3 qualification (including Functional Skills at Level 2 where required) and will support eligibility for Institute of Customer Service individual membership at Professional Level. The training content covers advanced customer service delivery, handling complex issues, service improvement and customer insight methods.
The apprenticeship starts on Monday 3 August 2026, lasts approximately 1 year 3 months, and has one position available. The workplace address is Unit 4, Lockheed Road, Burtonwood, WA5 4AH. Applicants must hold GCSEs or equivalents in English and Maths (grade C/4) and demonstrate strong communication and customer-focused attributes.
