Kickstart a finance career in London with SW Group's four-year School Leaver Programme in Business Tax - study for the ACA Level 7 qualification while working on real client matters and receiving full training and benefits.

Join SW Group's School Leaver Programme in Business Tax in London, starting September 2026. This is a four-year training contract where you'll work on tax advisory and compliance for a range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to multinational groups.

You'll be embedded within client teams, working alongside Partners and Directors and developing practical tax skills through real client work.

The programme combines on-the-job learning, in-person training sessions and online courses with structured study support. You'll begin studying for professional exams early in the programme, supported by tuition from an acclaimed provider and dedicated colleagues.

Successful completion leads to the ACA and a Level 7 professional qualification.

Responsibilities include preparing tax computations and returns, assisting with research and technical documentation, supporting advisory engagements, building client relationships, and developing professional and transferable skills. You will join as part of a cohort with access to a buddy, a Learning & Development team, and a range of employee benefits and support.
