SW Group's School Leaver Programme in Accountancy (Salisbury, Sept 2026 intake) is a full-time, cohort-based entry programme designed to develop practical client-facing accounting skills while supporting study for professional qualifications.

You will join the Business Outsourcing Services team providing year-end accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and cloud accounting software support. The role offers early responsibility, exposure to partners and senior staff, and opportunities to work on software implementation, system 'health-checks' and client secondments as experience grows.
