Join SW Group's Private Client Tax team on a School Leaver Programme starting September 2026 based in Salisbury. The team supports a broad private client base including high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs and business owners, assisting with tax compliance, returns, repayment claims, computations, accounts and HMRC correspondence.

You will combine on-the-job client work with formal study. From early on you'll take responsibility for tasks such as preparing basic tax returns and repayment claim forms, liaising with clients and third parties, and advising clients on forthcoming tax liabilities.

As you progress you may supervise more junior trainees and take part in assignments such as control reviews and due diligence projects.

Your training includes tuition via a leading UK provider and support from experienced colleagues to study for professional exams. The role supports study towards the ATT/CTA and the achievement of a government-recognised Level 7 professional qualification.

The employer provides a cohort-based support network, a buddy system, and a dedicated Learning & Development contact to support your development.
