Bishop Fleming's School Leaver Trainee Accountant apprenticeship offers a structured route into chartered accountancy. As a Level 7 Accountancy/Taxation Professional Apprentice and ICAEW Partner in Learning, you'll study towards the ACA or ACA/CTA while receiving tailored on-the-job training and professional development.
You will join either the Audit stream or take part in a Launchpad rotation across Accountancy, Audit and Tax teams, gaining hands-on client experience and increasing responsibility as you progress. The firm emphasises a people-focused culture, with opportunities to contribute to business development, CSR, diversity initiatives and social activities.
Applicants must meet the stated academic entry requirements and be able to commute to one of Bishop Fleming's offices (no relocation support). The programme includes workplace training, professional study support and the chance to build a career within a multi-office firm working across a diverse client base.

- 3 A Levels (or equivalent) with minimum grades of BBC / 112 (280) UCAS points
- 9 GCSEs at grades 9-5 (A*-C) with at least Grade 6 (B) in Maths and English
- Must live within a commutable distance of the office you join (no relocation support provided)
- Right to work in the UK required (verification carried out during recruitment)
- Background checks for successful applicants including reference checks and, where applicable, a standard or enhanced DBS check
