Schroders Year 13 Application Masterclass

This in-person masterclass at Schroders is designed for Year 13, final year college, and gap year students who are thinking about careers in financial services or technology. It gives attendees a chance to find out more about Schroders, its lines of business, and the sorts of roles and career paths available within the firm.

Participants will hear directly about the application process and the apprentice/trainee experience, alongside insights from finance and technology professionals. The event also includes practical activities and a chance to learn about the kinds of challenges people solve in the industry.

The agenda includes refreshments, an introduction, trainee and apprentice tips, networking, a skills session and CV workshop, a group task, and a recruitment talk. It is hosted at Schroders’ London office and places are limited, so registration is required through an Uptree account.
