This Level 3 Service Technician apprenticeship with Yeomans Vauxhall Littlehampton combines on-the-job training with off-the-job technical learning to develop skills needed to work as an automotive service technician. Under supervision you will gain hands-on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical vehicle systems, perform routine maintenance, use diagnostic tools, document service activities and communicate with customers.
The programme includes specialist block training (week-long blocks at a training centre in Coventry), regular coaching visits, virtual classroom sessions and e-learning. The apprenticeship lasts at least 36 months and leads to a nationally recognised qualification (Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician - light vehicle).
Apprentices must obtain an F-gas certificate as part of meeting the Standard.
The role is full-time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30-17:30) based at Yeomans Vauxhall, Horsham Road, Littlehampton (BN17 6DN). The training provider for this vacancy is CALEX UK LTD.

£15,704 per year
£15,704 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices.
