Services For Education (SFE) presents the Birmingham Youth Proms 2026, a four-night concert series taking place at Symphony Hall, Birmingham from 13 to 16 July 2026. The Proms bring together more than 4,500 young instrumentalists and singers, aged 8 to 18, featuring a diverse programme across multiple ensembles including orchestras, bands, choirs and specialist groups.
Concerts begin at 7. 00 pm each evening and will include British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation. The programme highlights SFE's ensembles work across 2025-26 and features students from numerous Birmingham schools and SFE ensemble centres.
Des Coleman is the compere for the event and Sarah Butt provides BSL interpretation. The page includes guidance for parents/carers and attendees on photography and filming at the concerts and details of supporting donors and fundraising.
Tickets are available via the Birmingham Music booking links listed on the page. The site also advertises SFE ensembles hoodies and t-shirts for sale (prices and ordering link provided), with the online shop closing for orders on Friday 24th July at 08:00am.
