Bring Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet to life in a fun, practical workshop at Shakespeare’s Globe. The session uses activities and games to explore the play’s language, characters and themes, and offers a fresh approach to Shakespeare’s tragedy in an engaging, hands-on format.
Led by one of the Globe’s experienced education practitioners, the workshop is designed to support young people studying Shakespeare and theatre, as well as those who simply enjoy acting and literature. No previous experience is required, making it suitable for beginners and for aspiring young performers who want to build confidence and try something new.
The event takes place on-site at Bankside, with young people attending independently. Parents and guardians should handle drop-off and pick-up, and the workshop is intended for ages 14 to 16.
