A&O Shearman: Solicitor Apprenticeship, London

A&O Shearman's Solicitor Apprenticeship is a six-year degree apprenticeship based in London (Bishops Square) delivered in a hybrid working model. The programme combines four days per week working in practice groups on real projects, live deals and client matters, with one day per week of formal study at BPP University.

Successful candidates will work towards an LLB (Hons) Law and Legal Practice and the Solicitor Level 7 Apprenticeship.

The firm will cover the full tuition fees while apprentices earn a salary; the first-year salary is £32,000 plus a £3,000 sign-on bonus, with annual increases thereafter. The programme is structured to give practical, on-the-job experience alongside academic study and professional training, preparing apprentices for a career as a solicitor at an international law firm.
