Shop & Information Desk Assistant

This volunteering role at the Welsh Wildlife Centre involves welcoming visitors, answering queries and helping the site run smoothly. You would support the Wildlife Trust Gift Shop by processing sales, including binocular hire and membership recruitment, while also helping the Retail Manager with day-to-day operations and general housekeeping.

It is a practical, people-facing role suited to someone who enjoys customer service, being part of a busy visitor attraction and contributing to conservation work in West Wales. The role gives the chance to help create a friendly experience for visitors while supporting the centre’s education and wildlife outreach activities.
