Siemens Early Careers Virtual Work Experience

Siemens Early Careers is a virtual work experience programme that introduces participants to Siemens’ early career pathways. It offers an overview of apprenticeships, internships and graduate programmes, helping young people understand how a global technology company recruits and develops new talent.

The programme is aimed at students who are starting to think about their future and want to explore what a career in digital, IT and computing can involve. Participants learn about Siemens’ training and development opportunities, how the recruitment process works, and what it is like to begin a career in the company.

The experience also includes contributions from professionals who have launched their careers at Siemens, alongside a personal goal-setting activity to help learners reflect on their interests and plan next steps. The programme is delivered online and can be completed flexibly, with live talks available as recordings.

A certificate of completion is awarded when the programme is finished.
