Solent Insight Series - Discover Solent: The student experience

Solent Insight Series - Discover Solent: The student experience is a virtual webinar aimed at prospective university students and those supporting them. The session gives an overview of student life at Solent, covering societies, student support services, campus facilities, accommodation and opportunities to get involved.

The webinar is intended to help attendees understand both the academic and social aspects of studying at Solent and to provide practical advice for preparing UCAS applications and writing personal statements. Sessions run online via Microsoft Teams from 5:30pm to 6:30pm on select Mondays as part of a wider series of seven webinars between September 2025 and August 2026.

ac. uk. The event is suitable for applicants at the stage of choosing courses or working on applications, and is open to parents, carers, teachers and advisers who wish to learn more about the student experience at Solent.
