South Asian Salon and DominAsian Magazine: The SAS Festival Apna Circle Networking Workshop

Join South Asian Salon and DominAsian Magazine for Apna Circle, an afternoon event focused on collaboration, creativity, and friendly competition within the creative industries. Participants will be placed into teams and challenged to tackle three real creative briefs set by industry professionals.

The session includes an ice-breaking craft-oriented workshop, a talk on hacks and the importance of networking, and an elevator pitch workshop, before teams pitch their ideas to a panel of judges. After the challenges, there will be a conversation with industry professionals about careers, creativity, and building a place for yourself in the creative industries, with time for audience questions.
