Solent University Get Clear on Clearing

Join Southampton Solent University’s online Insight Series session on Clearing to learn how the process works and what steps you can take if you are thinking about university later than planned. The session is designed for prospective students and is also open to parents, carers, teachers and advisers who want to understand the route into university more clearly.

During the webinar, the team will explain how to search for available courses, contact universities, and make an application through Clearing. It also covers what to expect on results day, what information you should have ready, and how to explore your options in advance so you can feel more confident about your next step.

The aim is to give practical guidance, answer questions and help you feel prepared, whether you are applying for the first time or looking for an alternative university place.
