Spark4Kids Unity 4 Kids is a game design course for children aged 11-16. Participants use the Unity games engine and the MonoDevelop scripting tool to work on video game coding and level design projects, while also learning the basics of C# and how to build polished, fully realised games.
The course is designed to suit a wide range of abilities, from complete beginners to children who already have some coding experience. Sessions run weekly during term time, with a tutor-to-child ratio of 1:6 so learners can work at their own pace with support available throughout.
Families can book a free taster session before committing, and the course is structured so that children can join after the term has started without missing content. The booking process also supports childcare vouchers, split payments, and instalment options on some bookings.
