Want to earn while you learn? Join Specsavers' 12-month Customer Service Apprenticeship to build real retail and call-centre skills, gain a Level 2 qualification and get coached on the job - boost your CV and start your career.

Join Specsavers' Customer Service Apprenticeship to earn while you learn in a busy retail or call-centre environment. Over a 12-month programme you'll receive on-the-job, flexible training, structured learning time and support from an Apprentice Coach while you qualify as a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner.

The role involves delivering excellent customer service in store or via call centres, handling enquiries, supporting sales processes and using Specsavers' management systems. Apprentices receive paid holidays, a salary (at least the national minimum for apprentices) and access to staff benefits, and can progress into other store roles or further apprenticeships after completion.

Specsavers' apprenticeships are aimed at school leavers and career changers with little or no prior optical experience. The programme includes weekly off-the-job learning, assessment through an End Point Assessment, and guidance from apprenticeship coaches and store teams throughout the learning journey.
