Springpod TV & Film Work Experience

Explore the TV and film industry through a fully virtual work experience programme designed to give you a realistic introduction to the sector. You will discover different job roles across production, learn what happens behind the scenes, and get a sense of how ideas move from planning through to final delivery.

The programme combines short learning modules with interactive activities and quizzes. You will have the chance to direct a short film, test your knowledge, and hear from industry professionals such as film critics and heads of production.

Topics include analysing television and film, pre-production, production, and post-production.

It is a flexible on-demand experience, so you can work through the material at your own pace. Springpod says the programme includes over 7 hours of content, and you will receive a certificate of completion once you finish.

The programme is open to anyone aged 13+ and is aimed at students interested in building skills and exploring a future career in media and film.
