Deadline in 47 daysPrize: Public recognition on Springpod’s 20 Under 20 list; profile and exposure across Springpod’s network of 100+ employer and university partners; invitation to attend and help host/judge the Springpod Impact Awards in London (all travel and accommodation costs for award winners covered).

Future Makers: 20 Under 20 is Springpod’s national celebration recognising the UK’s most inspiring young people who are shaping the future of work. The list spotlights changemakers aged 16–20 across the UK who are driving innovation, leading community projects, delivering virtual work experience or placements, or inspiring peers through leadership and resilience.

Those selected receive official recognition and profile across Springpod’s platform and partner network, plus opportunities to connect with employers and universities. Selected Future Makers are invited to play a role in hosting and judging the Springpod Impact Awards in London; travel and accommodation to London for invited winners are covered by Springpod.

Nominations are made via a short online form (self-nominations and nominations by others are accepted). The process is free to enter. Interested nominators should complete the online form by 26th September (deadline specified on the Springpod page).
