Springpod Industry Insight: Engineering

Explore the engineering industry through a free five-day virtual work experience with Springpod. The programme introduces learners to the wide world of engineering, including mechanical, civil, electrical and aerospace pathways, and shows how these areas help design, build and power the world around us.

Participants complete a series of quizzes and activities that build understanding of the sector, from design and manufacturing to robotics, sustainability and systems engineering. The experience also covers the skills, roles and concepts involved in engineering, helps students think about different routes into the industry, and ends with a downloadable certificate of completion.
