Springpod Industry Insight: Health & Social Care

Discover the healthcare and social care sector through Springpod’s Industry Insight programme, a virtual work experience experience that introduces the breadth of roles available across the industry. You’ll explore how the sector combines compassion, science and teamwork, and how professionals use clinical knowledge, data and technology to support people every day.

The programme takes you through a structured journey including orientation, induction, exploration, experience, pathways and a final showcase. Along the way, you’ll complete quizzes and activities, build your understanding of the industry, and learn about careers ranging from nursing and allied health professions to public health, mental health support and care management.

This on-demand programme is designed to be flexible, with around 10 hours of learning spread across roughly two weeks. Live talks are included but recordings are available if you cannot attend, and you’ll receive a downloadable certificate once you complete the programme.
