Step Into Clinical & Rehabilitation Engineering is an interactive insight event into healthcare engineering. It introduces participants to the work of Clinical and Rehabilitation Engineers, showing how engineering skills are used to design, maintain and improve medical and rehabilitation technologies.

Participants meet professionals, take part in demonstrations and discussions, and gain an understanding of career pathways into clinical engineering. The event also highlights university courses and entry routes, helping students see how engineering can be used to support patient care and innovation.

The insight day takes place at the SMART Centre, Astley Ainslie Hospital in Edinburgh, and students can register online for the current round.
