Stephenson Harwood's Solicitor Apprenticeship is a route into the legal profession aimed at applicants who are in Year 13 completing A-levels or who have progressed beyond that point. The firm makes clear that these solicitor apprenticeships are not open to those who have already completed an undergraduate degree.

Apprentices will follow the firm's application and assessment process and, if successful, commence their apprenticeship with the firm in September 2026.

To apply you complete an online application form. Shortlisted candidates are invited to complete an online future potential assessment (including situational judgement questions and video interview questions) which gives insight into the trainee/apprentice role; strong performers are then invited to an assessment day.

This selection process is used to identify candidates suitable for the apprenticeship intake commencing September 2026.
