Store Career Starter Apprenticeship

This is a 12-15 month Store Career Starter Apprenticeship with Aldi where you'll learn to be the face of the Aldi shopping experience and work towards a Level 2 Retailer qualification. The apprenticeship is primarily on-the-job: you will be trained in customer service, merchandising, stock control, using retail technology, handling complaints and promoting in-store offers.

The programme includes assessor visits, regular progress reviews and quarterly meetings with your Store Manager and Area Manager.

The role is based in-store (Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 2SQ) and typically involves shift work across Monday-Sunday including evenings and weekends. The advertised vacancy indicates 30 hours a week and 500 positions available.

Training is delivered in partnership with LIFETIME TRAINING GROUP LIMITED and covers the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, with opportunities on completion to progress to a permanent Store Assistant role or onto the Level 3 Store Management programme.
