Store Management Apprenticeship (ALDI STORES LIMITED)

This is a Store Management Apprenticeship with ALDI Stores Limited combining on-the-job retail experience with formal training. Apprentices will spend most of their time working in store roles across England, developing practical skills in stocking, merchandising, customer service, inventory control and teamwork.

The programme includes monthly assessor visits, quarterly reviews and progress checks, and may lead to a Deputy Store Manager opportunity on successful completion.

The apprenticeship includes classroom or off-the-job training delivered by Lifetime Training Group Limited, covering team leadership, planning, reporting, people management and operational improvements. Apprentices will complete a Level 2 Retailer component followed by a Level 3 Team Leader qualification over a period of up to 36 months (3 years).

The role involves shift work (Monday-Sunday including evenings and weekends) and is typically 30 hours per week.

This vacancy is recruiting nationally across stores in England. Applicants must hold GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4-9 (minimum C or equivalent). There are multiple vacancies available and recruits are taken throughout the year.
