Study Mind Biology Summer School

Study Mind’s Biology Summer School is an immersive programme in London for aspiring young biologists aged 16-18. It is designed to strengthen students’ understanding of biology while helping them build confidence, experience, and insight into what studying life sciences can involve at a higher level.

Across the programme, participants take part in hands-on workshops, group projects, simulations, laboratory-style activities, and practical learning experiences. The course covers areas such as research methodologies, laboratory techniques, academic writing, presentation skills, and real-world applications of biology.

Students also get the chance to engage with biology professionals, network with peers, and explore the subject in a supportive environment. The summer school also includes support for UCAS and personal statements, making it especially useful for students preparing biology-related applications.

Certificates are provided on completion, and accommodation plus food are available for some package options. Participants can choose from 1-day, 3-day, or 5-day packages depending on how much of the programme they want to attend.
