Tel Group (Telephone Europe Ltd) is recruiting an IT Support Apprentice to join their education support team based in Solihull. The role offers hands-on experience providing 1st line support across school and office environments, with structured apprenticeship training through Just IT Training Limited.

The apprenticeship combines workplace learning with off-the-job study to achieve a Level 3 Information Communications qualification.

Day-to-day duties include resolving helpdesk tickets, assisting with hardware and software setups, supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Teams users, and helping maintain networks, servers and Wi-Fi under guidance. You will shadow experienced engineers, document processes, and take part in regular review meetings.

At least 20% of your time will be allocated to training or studying as part of the apprenticeship standard.

Practical details: this is a 37. 5 hour week role (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, shifts to be confirmed). The apprenticeship starts on 2 December 2025, runs for 1 year 6 months, and pays between £14,722.

50 and £23,809. 50 depending on age (paid at National Minimum Wage rates). The main work location is Virginia House, 56 Warwick Road, Solihull, B92 7HX.
