Wedlake Bell LLP is recruiting an IT Support Apprentice to join their London team, offering hands-on experience supporting hardware, software and user accounts within a busy legal firm. The role includes troubleshooting via phone, email and in-person, monitoring and resolving ticketed incidents, setting up devices for new starters, preparing meeting rooms for online calls and assisting with home-working equipment logistics.

The apprenticeship is a 17-month fixed-term contract (listed as 1 year 5 months) starting 18 November 2025, with 37 hours 30 minutes per week. Training is delivered in partnership with QA Limited on the Information Communications Technician Level 3 standard and includes time away from the workplace to gain professional knowledge and qualifications such as Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.

The programme covers Windows, Linux, PowerShell, networking, security practices and routine systems maintenance.

Essential entry requirements are three GCSEs at grade 4+ and Maths & English at grade 3+. Applicants apply via GOV. UK (sign in with GOV.
