Curious how green careers really work? Join Springpod’s self-paced virtual work experience to explore sustainability roles, build practical skills, complete workplace activities and webinars, and create a downloadable portfolio to boost your uni or career applications.

Embark on a self-paced virtual programme exploring sustainability and green careers, presented by Springpod. The course introduces learners to sustainability roles across public, private and charity sectors - from policy development and environmental specialist roles to consulting and renewable energy.

Participants complete interactive quizzes and workplace-style activities and can produce a downloadable portfolio showcasing their work. The programme is delivered remotely with live webinars (hosted via BigMarker) and recorded talks available after sessions.

Material is designed to be flexible: content is available on demand and can be completed within the programme time frame; live talks typically run during weekday working hours but recordings are provided within 24 hours. Learners receive a certificate on completion.

The programme is explicitly open to anyone aged 13+, and is aimed primarily at school/college students exploring pathways into sustainability and related careers.
