Swansea University Masterclass Series (Spring 2026)

Swansea University's Spring 2026 Masterclass Series is a collection of short online academic webinars presented by university academics. Each session gives attendees a taster of university-level teaching, helps them explore specific subject areas in more depth, and provides material useful for UCAS personal statements and course research.

Topics across the series include healthcare science, physiological science, education, criminology, economics, genetics, geography, biomedical engineering, politics and more. Sessions are delivered live online via Zoom and are designed for prospective undergraduate students and those considering or preparing university applications (particularly sixth-form/Year 12-13 students).

Individual webinars are typically around 60 minutes and include opportunities for questions. Attendees register for each webinar via the Zoom links provided on the Swansea University Masterclass page; recordings of sessions are available for later viewing where published.
