As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment for pupils. Duties include assisting with classroom activities, supporting teacher-led lessons, helping manage behaviour and preparing learning resources.

You may provide one-to-one or small-group support to pupils to help them access the curriculum.

This is a hands-on, on-site, full-time apprenticeship that combines practical work in a school setting with training towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. You will gain workplace experience while completing the apprenticeship standard and any off-the-job training required by the programme.
