Team-Based Program

The Young Founders Lab Team-Based Program is a 100% online summer workshop for high school students who want to learn by building something real with others. It is designed for students interested in launching a business or a non-profit organization, and it focuses on practical entrepreneurship in a collaborative setting.

Participants work in teams and take part in 30 hours of live, interactive workshops. The programme gives students hands-on experience as they develop ideas, build momentum, and receive expert guidance throughout the process.

It is aimed at ambitious students who want to innovate, collaborate, and gain a clearer understanding of how ventures are created. The broader Young Founders Lab model also emphasises mentorship and structured support, helping students turn early ideas into action.
