THALES UK LIMITED - 2026 Business Management Apprentice

Join Thales UK Limited as a Business Management Apprentice based in Templecombe (Ocean House, Throop Road, BA8 0DH). You will gain hands-on experience across business functions including Finance, Health & Safety, Delivery, Legal & Commercial and Procurement, working on projects, producing reports, improving data quality and using the Enterprise Resource Planning tool.

One position is available for the 2026 intake.

This is a 3-year degree apprenticeship (Level 6 Chartered Manager) starting 7 September 2026. You will work 37 hours a week (Monday-Thursday 8 hours per day; Friday 5 hours) and study with training provider CORNDEL LIMITED via a virtual delivery model (live workshops and 1-2-1 coaching).

On successful completion and End Point Assessment you will achieve a BSc in Applied Business Management and Chartered Manager status through the Chartered Management Institute.

Essential qualifications stated: GCSEs in Maths and English (grade 5 / grade 9-4) and A-levels (any, grades indicated).
