This apprenticeships offers hands-on manufacturing experience within Thales, rotating through a series of placements so you can develop practical skills and discover which areas suit you best. Day-to-day work includes assembly techniques, wiring and looming, soldering, ESD safety and use of relevant equipment and software.

Training is delivered through Yeovil College on a day-release model. You will enrol onto the Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician apprenticeship (Level 3) and complete academic study at college alongside workplace learning.
