Ready to take control of your next move? Join a one-to-one employability session to plan your steps, build confidence and get hands-on help with CVs, job applications, apprenticeships and overcoming barriers so you can move into training or work.

This in-person employability session is designed for young people aged 16 to 18 who are not currently in education, employment or training. It offers one-to-one support in a welcoming setting, with the aim of helping participants plan their next steps and build confidence about the future.

The session focuses on practical guidance around education, training, apprenticeships and employment options. Young people can also get help with CV writing, job searching, applications and overcoming barriers to moving forward.

It is delivered by TEP (The Education People) and is intended to support those who may need tailored advice and encouragement as they prepare for their next opportunity.
