A Trade Supplier Apprentice will join Medlocks Electrical (employed via EDA Learning and Development Limited) to learn warehouse, counter and sales office duties with a leading electrical wholesaler. The role is primarily on-the-job learning covering stock management, picking and packing, store transfers, paperwork, quotations, trade counter duties, sales calls, order processing, administration and some manual handling.

The apprenticeship includes off-the-job specialist training delivered by Learning Skills Partnership Ltd leading to a Level 2 Trade Supplier qualification and an End-Point Assessment.

The apprenticeship is full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; typical hours 8am-5pm) and starts on 1 December 2025. The advertised duration is 1 year 6 months. The role is based at Medlocks Electrical, 62 Weasenham Lane, Wisbech (PE13 2RU).

Apprentices may, if over 18, be asked to drive company vans to cover holidays or sickness, so a driving licence is desirable.

Wage is advertised as £15,704 to £25,396.80 depending on age, aligned to National Minimum Wage rates. Applicants should be prepared to study during working hours as part of the training programme.
