As a Trainee Butcher you will learn and develop practical butchery skills through on-the-job training and mentoring. Key responsibilities include assisting with meat preparation across production areas, maintaining hygiene, quality and safety standards, working collaboratively to meet production targets, and embracing continuous improvement.
No previous experience is required; full training will be provided.
