Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based in Sheffield you will receive full training and support to develop into a recruiter. The role is on-site only and full time. You will learn how to source talent, manage client relationships, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include learning and managing the full recruitment cycle, writing and posting job adverts, proactively sourcing and screening candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, conducting interviews and assessing suitability, matching candidates to roles and managing offers, and meeting individual and team targets.
