Trinity College Cambridge holds in-person Open Days as part of the University-wide Cambridge Open Days and a virtual Open Day for prospective applicants. The College will be open for informal visits and student-led tours on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 July 2026, and on Friday 11 September 2026, with an information stand in the Dining Hall.
In-person opening hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (last entry 4:15 pm). Booking a ticket via the Cambridge Open Days website is essential to receive an Open Day ticket and planning information; each prospective applicant may book a ticket for up to one guest.
A virtual Open Day will be held on Monday 6 July 2026 at 10:00 am UK time; registration is not required and the College provides a Zoom join link for that session. A recording of the 2025 virtual Open Day and a University virtual tour are also available online for those who cannot attend live.
Visitors can view a number of student bedrooms during Open Days. If you cannot attend an Open Day and are thinking of applying (undergraduate or postgraduate), you are welcome to look around at other times free of charge by contacting the College at least two working days in advance to arrange a visit.
Entrance for in-person Open Days is via the Great Gate on Trinity Street where student ambassadors and staff will direct you.
