This in-person work experience day gives Year 13 students an opportunity to learn more about Trowers & Hamlins and the solicitor apprenticeship route into Law. It is designed for students who are considering this pathway and want to understand what a career in a major international law firm can look like in practice.
The day includes an introduction to Trowers & Hamlins, a department talk and activity, networking opportunities over lunch, a department networking fair, and dedicated solicitor apprenticeship sessions. Students will also take part in an application masterclass to help them prepare for future applications.
The event takes place at the firm’s Birmingham office at One Snowhill, and travel expenses up to £80 are reimbursed for attendees.

Location
- Year 13 students interested in applying for a solicitor apprenticeship route into Law
- Minimum of 6 GCSEs
- Grade 6 or above in both English and Maths
- Predicted to achieve ABB at A-level
- Individuals within commutable distance are encouraged to apply
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and hold or be able to obtain the relevant visa where applicable
