Take part in a solicitor apprenticeship application masterclass, meet staff and explore departments at an Exeter law office. The day includes a networking lunch and fair, with travel expenses reimbursed up to £80.

This in-person work experience day at Trowers & Hamlins is designed for Year 13 students who are interested in the solicitor apprenticeship route into law. It offers a chance to visit the firm’s Exeter office, meet people from the business, and learn more about what a career at the firm could look like.

The day includes an introduction to Trowers & Hamlins, a department talk and activity, a networking lunch, a departmental networking fair, and a solicitor apprenticeship session. There is also a dedicated solicitor apprenticeship application masterclass to help students understand the application process and what employers are looking for.

The event is aimed at students who meet the academic criteria and are able to travel to Exeter. Places are limited, and priority is given to applicants who meet the stated requirements. Travel expenses up to £80 are reimbursed, making it a strong opportunity for students within commuting distance who want practical insight into the legal profession.
