Spend a day exploring legal departments through a talk and activity, then meet people at a networking fair and lunch. Get practical guidance on solicitor apprenticeship routes and applications in a masterclass; travel expenses up to £80 are reimbursed.

This in-person work experience day is aimed at Year 13 students who are interested in following a solicitor apprenticeship route into law. It gives attendees the chance to learn more about life at Trowers & Hamlins, one of the UK’s leading international law firms, and to hear directly about the skills and pathways involved in building a legal career through apprenticeship routes.

Across the day, students will take part in a welcome and introduction, a department talk and activity, and a networking lunch. The programme also includes a department networking fair, a solicitor apprenticeship session, and a solicitor apprenticeship application masterclass, giving practical insight into both the firm and the application process.

Travel expenses up to £80 will be reimbursed, and places are limited so priority will be given to applicants who meet the stated criteria. Students should be able to travel to the firm’s London office and, if selected, attend the event in person.
